HCM Sr. Business Analyst

Required Experience:
• Minimum 5-years as an IT Senior Level BA
• Minimum 3 Years’ experience with Agile or Hybrid delivery models
• Experience with HR Systems/HR Business at an Enterprise level (including implementations)
• Previous Job tenure(s) / Project tenure(s) at least 1½ – 2 years
• Experience working in a Retail IT Environment

Candidate to possess the following skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Detail oriented and capable of delivering within a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of business structure in a HR environment
• Ability to facilitate large groups of diverse individuals towards a common goal
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio and Jira
• Business process mapping
