Job Description:
A manufacturing company based in the southeast US is looking for a strong SalesForce Business Analyst to support Service Cloud. This will be a consultant who will provide the following responsibilities and experience:
- Administrative support of SFDC Service Cloud
- Work with business users to support the backlog items
- Collect business user requirements and assign prioritization
- Provide administrative experience to help understand the system and act as a liaison between business users and the administrative team
