Job Description:

IT Asset Management Project Manager to inventory all IT hardware (PCs, peripherals, memory, drives, switches, routers, etc.). The consultant will need to create a database of all hardware including detailed descriptions (brand, model #, user, location, etc.).


  1. Active Directory – User Cleanup

Update the company active directory users based on employee roster

  1. Computer Asset Inventory
  • Complete inventory reconciliation of all IT assets
    • Onsite
    • Remote Users Home Offices
    • Laboratories/Operations
    • Printers
    • Mobile Devices
  • Update active Directory
  • Assign Asset Tags
  • Research/Implement Asset Management System
  • Develop Procedure to Check-in/Check-out assets
  • Identify Obsolete Assets

  1. New Hire Procedure

Develop a procedure to accommodate for new-hires/transfers/separations

  1. Windows 10 Feature Update

Work with local and global IT groups to manage deployment of the Windows 10 21H2 feature update on all company workstations

  1. External User VPN Upgrades

Work with local and global IT groups to manage deployment of new VPN process for non-Elkem employees who require access to our systems.

  1. Mobile Device Upgrades

Work with local IT group to upgrade company mobile devices

  1. COVID Reporting System

Update custom COVID reporting system based on active employee roster

  1. Organize weekly progress meetings


Technical background

Excellent organization, written and verbal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Technologies
